Equine & Rural Planning were thrilled to be instructed to design a new American Barn, comprising of 7 stables, feed and forage storage, tack and rug rooms, and wash bays, for a talented young event rider.
The barn was to be situated in a beautiful setting and visible from the house. We therefore designed the building with a porch to produce a more aesthetically pleasing and less agricultural view.
Planning permission has been granted and we have been working with the clients on a consultancy basis to organise the build and ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.
